What is an Evidence Pack?

An Evidence Pack bundles multiple VPEC credentials with audience-adapted disclosure. It shows governance check results tailored for the intended recipient — auditors see full detail, counterparties see summaries, regulators see compliance paths.

Each pack includes a Merkle root for tamper-evidence and can be verified offline with the CLI.
